2 Day Business Fundamental Course

This course has been developed to help those already running a valeting or detailing business with an aim to improve efficiency and ensure profitability.

The 2 days content are as follows:

• Our first day is spent analysing the business costs to allow a service price plan to be developed.
• Social media management – what avenues generate which customers, which content works for customer generation. LIKES / VIEWS do not equal more profit.
• Systems to help manage the business
• Systematic approaches- drop off, customer education, communication, vehicle inspection and checking work.
• Customer conversations, from initial contact to collection.
