Advanced Training - group class

Advanced Car Care training day focusing purely on paint correction. The day will be held in Bangor along side Andy from Andy Farquhar Detailing. This is a much more focused day compared to our foundation day and numbers are limited.

The day covers the following:

• Accessing Paintwork – Damage and managing expectations
• Prepping a car for polish
• Compounds, Polish and glazes
• Pad choices – Wool, Microfibre and Foam
• Polishing Machines and their differences
• Hand and machine wet/ damp sanding
• Technique
• Headlight restoration
• Paint types and differences in approach

This is a one day course that starts at 10am and runs until 4:30/5pm, lunch and drinks are provided.

We have a large selection of machines ranging from the das6 pro up to the rupes ibrid nano and an equally large selection of compounds, polish and pads from many manufacturers such as Zvizzer, Meguiars, Rupes, Detailing Kingdom, Scholls Concepts, Menzerana, Koch Chemie, Lake Country and Liquid Elements. Participants will have the opportunity to try all products available. We take things to an extreme and inflict damage to scrap panels and work towards correcting that damage.

Completion certificate available on request. It is advisable to complete the foundation course prior to this to ensure a good base knowledge to build on.
