Payment & Delivery Information
- Our online payments are processed by Paypal and you will be given the option of paying by credit or debit card. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
- You are responsible for ensuring that all credit and debit card details are correct and that you are using the card in good faith.
- All Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at the checkout, there will be a collection option for local customers.
- Once goods have left our premises, it is the responsibility of the courier to take for these. If goods are delivered in an damaged state, please inform sales@polishedandwaxed.co.uk within 24 hours. Your delivery should not be signed for unchecked.
- You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
- A signature may be required for your goods. Once goods are delivered to you, they become your property. Polished and Waxed are not liable for any loss or damage to goods once they have been delivered to you. On receipt of goods you must check against your order. You must inform us of any missing items within 24 hours. After this time no liability will be assumed by us.
- If after 10 working days from your order you haven’t received your goods, you must notify us immediately.
- Prices advertised are in Pounds Sterling and inclusive of all UK taxes and VAT (where applicable).

Returns Policy
